Description:
DragRace
the Game is
a drag racing simulation program that allows a player to build his
or her own car and race it against the computer or another player.
Players can choose between a .400 Pro Tree or a .500 Full Tree and
race 'heads up' or handicapped on a player selected dial-in!
There
are over 130 pre-designed cars and motorcycles, which may be raced
as is or modified by the player. Body styles and colors may be changed
as well as engines & transmissions. Some variables that may
be modified are weight, horsepower, torque, trans ratios, tires,
rear ratios, launch RPM, clutch slippage, and more. The game reports
ET, MPH, RT, and VRT with a resolution of .001 of a second.
Cars
have onboard computers and after each run the player can examine
the data on VGA color graphs showing Speed Vs Time, Distance Vs
Time, G's Vs Time, G's Vs Speed, Tire Slip Vs Time, Engine RPM Vs
Time, and more. Players use the mouse and keyboard for all input.
